Expenses are money already spent. Bills are money owed β you'll see them in the Unpaid filter until you click "Mark Paid". Cleaning and repair work logged in the crew portals can be turned into bills from the Work Logs tab.
Recurring Bills
Insurance, power, internet, etc. Each one automatically creates an unpaid bill on its due date (missed periods fill in when the portal loads). Mark them paid like any other bill.

Recurring Monthly Mortgage Payment
When on, the monthly mortgage payment is auto-created on its due date. Missed periods fill in the next time the portal loads. Auto entries are tagged and can be edited or deleted like any payment.
